Public Works Office Manager job opening

Labette County is seeking an Office Manager for Public Works.  The office is centrally located in Altamont KS.  This position requires strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and computer skills.  Duties include but are not limited to answering phones, clerical paperwork, data entry, must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and must be able to meet and work with the public.  Experience in an office setting and a High School diploma are required.  This is a Full-Time position with all county benefits including health insurance, vacation and sick leave, and holiday pay.  Pay scale is between $12.34-$14.75 commensurate with experience.  Applications will be accepted until position has been filled and can be picked up at the Public Works office at 901 S.
